Zoe is the Managing Director of Pear Legal Talent Ltd. and leads all searches personally. Since 2015, she has successfully placed lawyers at all levels within law firms and in-house legal teams across Canada.

Before transitioning into recruitment, Zoe practiced law for 10 years on Bay Street. Her firsthand experience in legal practice, combined with a deep understanding of the Canadian legal market, allows her to act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.
